Where we ship from

All physical products ship from Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain. Digital products (the 17-song album, personal video greeting) are delivered instantly through your order confirmation page.

Delivery times

• Mainland Spain & Canary Islands: 2–5 business days.
• EU: 3–7 business days.
• UK / USA / international: 7–15 business days.
• Custom-made items (MiniMarlow dolls, personalized video) require 7–10 extra days for production.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. You see the exact amount before paying.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for physical merch in original, unworn condition. Contact us at marlowband@gmail.com with your order reference.

Non-returnable items

• Digital downloads (album, individual songs).
• Signed posters with personal dedications.
• Personalized video greetings.
• Custom-made MiniMarlow dolls once production has started.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and approved, refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
