www.kellymarlow.com is the official website of Kelly Marlow, an independent rock artist based in Gran Canaria. The site sells music, merchandise and offers booking inquiries.

2. Purchases

All prices are in EUR (€) including applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

3. Digital downloads

Digital products (album, individual songs, video greeting) are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution or commercial use of the audio/video is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

All music, lyrics, artwork, photos, videos and trademarks are property of Kelly Marlow. Personal use only. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

6. Booking

Booking inquiries are non-binding until confirmed by a signed agreement. Deposits and cancellation terms are agreed individually per event.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its content.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
